Auffassung als Frage mit Cammarosano M. 2009a, 183.
Cammarosano M. 2009a, 183 übersetzt: „Why was I obliged to pass judgement on those lawsuits?“.
Cammarosano M. 2009a, 183 übersetzt im Abhängigkeit von der Ergänzung von UL im Text in zwei Varianten, die beide wiederum die (hier nicht vollzogene) Ergänzung von UL im folgenden Kolon voraussetzen a) „And if my father had in no way been superior to the que[en] during the lawsuit, would I then have been obliged to make him succumb to Tanuḫepa, the queen, through the lawsuit?“ und b) „And if my father had somehow been superior to the queen during the lawsuit, I wouldn't have made him succumb to Tanuḫepa, the queen, during the lawsuit“. Eine Entscheidung ist angesichts der Unsicherheit der Textherstellung nicht wirklich möglich.
Wörtlich: „aus einem anderen Mund“.
Wörtlich: „mir aus den Gedanken geno[mmen]“.
Cammarosano M. 2009a, 183 interpretiert: „but I didn't pu[t(?) any]thing out of my own free [will]“. Die Verbalform gehört jedoch zu 'nehmen', nicht zu 'stellen'.
