Clogged ears survive in the medical series sakikkû (8, 16–17; Schmidtchen E. 2021a: 402–403).

It is more likely to be the datice-locative of the adjective <span class='AOHittite'>ḫappina-</text:span> with a sentence-initial personal clitic.
