Usually, we find the right before the left side in Mesopotamian omen couplets, but paragraph one and two show an ablative, whereas §3 has a dative. Perhaps §2–3 were about something going from left to right/right to left and the scribe spaced them differently.
 iiiFnSymT 1  T 2 The reading <span class='AOHittite'>⸢pár-aš⸣-<del_in />na-az</text:span> follows Riemschneider K.K. 2004a: 154–155. Whether the word refers here to the actual cheeks, the buttocks, or the loins is unclear (cf. CHD/p 187b).
 iiiFnSymT 2  T 3 The exact form and spelling of the word in l. 3′ is unclear to me. It is likely a form of <span class='AOHittite'>antuḫša-</text:span> ‘man’, but the copy in IBoT 2.132 shows <span class='AOHittite'><span class='del'>[</text:span>a<span class='del'>]</text:span>n-tu-uḫ-⸢ša</text:span><span class='corr'>?</text:span><span class='AOHittite'>⸣-</text:span> and then a sign ending in two verticals (<span class='AOHittite'>iš</text:span>?). On the photograph available on HPM it looks like <span class='AOHittite'><span class='del'>[</text:span>a<span class='del'>]</text:span>n-tu-uḫ-⸢ḫu⸣-x</text:span>, but the last traces do not support a reading <span class='AOHittite'>-uš</text:span>.
