For the issue described (fragmentary), a man is instructed to warm up a <span class='AOHittite'>tappi-</text:span> (<span class='AO--italic'>hapax</text:span>) and place it upon(?) the penis, leaving it overnight (for this passage, see also HW2, E, 42-43 sub <span class='AOHittite'>enu-</text:span>, and CHD L-N, 28 sub <span class='AOHittite'>lalu-</text:span>). However, it is unclear whether the section of CTH 581.33 should be interpreted within a similar context; the opposition between ‘day’ and ‘night’ in obv. 8´-9´ is not necessarily related to a similar issue.
