The scribe apparently first forgot to write the sign -uḫ and later inserted it into the line above.
The oblique wedge at the end of the sign is missing.
3 signs written under the impression of a textil.
Very unsure reading.
Tischler J. 2019a, 137 reads ⸢SUM-e[r. The sign traces are, however, not specific enough to substantiate this reading.
The small space to the previous line and the narrow writing of the signs suggest that the scribe inserted them later.
