Version 4 is represented by a single fragment, KUB 20.21, which preserves the colophon of the third and final tablet of an autumn festival in Matilla. This version must therefore have been considerably more detailed than Version 1, which describes the same festival on only a single tablet.

Ms. A was labeled as written in the New Script. Note, however, the IIIc forms of ḪA with only one Winkelhaken and DA with an unbroken middle horizontal. This suggests an even later dating of the text.
