The sign before the break could also be ḪI, but I am skeptical of the reading MA-ḪI-[IṢ] proposed by Groddek D. 2015a: 53-53 because we do not expect an Akkadian stative or Hittite participle in the omen apodosis. Unfortunately, I do not have a better proposal, either.
