Probably a mistake for another sign: according to Sakuma Y. 2009a, 311; Groddek D. 2010d, 72, to be emended as: [...] EGIR! SIG₅.
Sakuma Y. 2009a, 311, 313, suggests this is part of the sign SA₅, to be read TIR₄, and restores ...[ ŠÀ T]IR₄ "[...] coils of the entrails", a phraseology found in liver oracles. However, the large space before the sign makes the proposal difficult to sustain.
