Outline.7 is one of the best preserved outlines of the nuntarriyašḫa- festival, containing descriptions of more than fifteen days of the observance. It also seems to represent one of the shortest versions of the festival.

In Nakamura’s edition (Nakamura M. 2002a: 6 and 48–59), the text is designated as Ü 3.

Preserved are the lower part of col. i on the obverse, and a small portion of col. iii together with more than half of col. iv on the reverse.

Outline.7 is written in the New Script, although several older forms are still attested, such as URU (with horizontals of equal length), ŠAR (with a single vertical), or AL (lacking the small horizontal/Winkelhaken). On the other hand, the text also exhibits also IIIb forms of LI and MEŠ (see Kryszeń A. 2025a: 138f.).

The preserved portion of col. i (likely its middle or lower section) describes celebrations corresponding to DAYS 8–12, although the day numbers themselves are not preserved. Col. iv, however, depicts events that correspond to DAYS 30–38, but labels them as days 15–22. This discrepancy of 15 or 16 days relative to the ‘united’ version suggests that Outline.7 represents one of the shortest versions of the nuntarriyašḫa- festival.

Since this version lasted fewer than thirty days, at least two possibilities should be considered: either the missing sections of col. ii and iii contained disproportionately long descriptions of only a few days, or this version simply omitted some of the early days present in the ‘united’ version. If the latter is correct, then in this recension the three-day Ziparwa celebrations (found at the beginning of the preserved portion of col. i) were among the earliest days of the nuntarriyašḫa- festival.
