introductio

Kurzbeschreibung

Version 3 is attested in a single manuscript, KBo 23.92+, which records celebrations extending over at least two days: the first held in Matilla and the second in Arinna. As the text is written in the Middle Script, it represents the earliest available version of the festival and was most likely composed prior to the establishment of the nuntarriyašḫa-festival.
