Version 3 comprises a single manuscript, KUB 25.12. The text depicts the great assembly in the ḫalentu- complex and, insofar as it is preserved, corresponds closely to IBoT 4.54+ (ms. C of Version 2). However, the colophons of the two tablets differ: while IBoT 4.54+ is the third and final tablet of its series, KUB 25.12 is designated as the fifth tablet, though not the last, of its composition. This discrepancy is all the more intriguing, since the text ends (just like IBoT 4.54+) with the conclusion of the great assembly and the note that the subsequent events in the temple of the Storm-god are recorded on a separate tablet (ḫanti TUP-PU). What, then, was written on the sixth tablet of this series remains unclear.

The text was edited by Nakamura M. 2002a: 241–247, who also tentatively included three other fragments in this version: IBoT 2.11 (reassigned to Version 2 in the present edition), KBo 14.32 and IBoT 2.89. Since the latter fragments duplicate formulaic passages found in multiple festivals, they have been excluded from the present edition.
