Tentative; see also Sakuma Y. 2009b, II, 472. Based on the negative wording of obv. 2´ (“… not at all …”), the formula “Let the birds exclude it” typically follows, rather than “Let the birds confirm it”. This restoration seems also more likely based on the response at obv. 9´ (“they excluded it”) – a ‘positive’ outcome in this case, as this was the expected answer. Although this pattern applies in most cases, the alternative restoration, yielding a ‘negative’ meaning of the response, cannot be ruled out.
