General information

This series of oracular enquires aims to determine the cause of anger of two deities, and how to appease these gods. At the start, several causes are determined for the anger of IŠTAR of Battle, including sacrilege, missing objects, and omitted festivals. For each cause, further enquiries are made in order to determine how to appease the goddess and exactly what and how many offerings to give to her. This is then repeated for the Moon-God.
