There is little to be said about this small fragment of a bird oracle from Šamuḫa/Kayalıpınar. The terminology and formulary correspond to the typical standardized descriptions of bird observations. It remains unclear whether the oracle reports in this tablet ended with an augural response, as would usually be expected, since the final part of the last line is missing in all the relevant paragraphs (kola 7, 10, 14).
