This fragment does not contain any bird oracular content, but was attributed to CTH 573 by D. Groddek (KBo 54, VIII) due to the presence of the personal name Šapinuwa(ziti), identified with an augur attested in KBo 58.82+ (UM-MA mša-pí-nu-wa-LÚ; edition in CTH 573.42). However, this identification remains tentative.
The obverse contains a phrase with the verb ‘to rebel, revolt’, in unknown context (obv. 2´). The paragraph on the reverse appears as a list of silver items, and contains a reference to the city of Dušḫapa, and to two persons, Šapin[uwa(ziti)] and a broken name (An[...]). The toponym is only attested in this fragment.
