Uncertain; our reading follows Tischler J. 2019a, 16 AD.KID, but the first sign is unlikely AD, based on the photographs ( KU?).
Emendation follows Tischler J. 2019a, 16, unless the text is to be read nu-u-wa an-da, with nūwa as adverb?

Differently, Sakuma Y. 2009b, II, 264 suggests the verb is to be restored at the beginning of the next line, possibly ariyazi “he completed the oracular inquiries” ( vel sim.).
The verb might be omitted, as in rev. III 13´-14´ (kola 52, 55).
The space in the break requires almost certainly that a second augur is mentioned here; it might be Wanni, mentioned in obv. II 25.
