However, it is possible that the sentence is to be read differently, e.g. “[If you, O dei]ty [] His Majesty []”; see e.g. the oracle/votive texts KBo 8.61 5´ [m]a-a-an DINGIR-LUM DUTU-ŠI IGIḪI.A “If you, O deity, the eyes of His Majesty []” (ed. Roos J. de 2007a, 130-131), and KBo 55.208 obv. 11´ [ma-a]-an-wa DINGIR-LUM DUTU-ŠI[I]f you, O deity, His Majest[y …]” (ed. Roos J. de 2007a, 292-293).
The exact meaning of āran ḫarta is difficult to determine in this fragmentary context.
