See kolon 10 and passim, but see a different analysis in CHD L-N 207 (s.v. mašiwa-) “May the gods make so much [… ] of abundance for you (and) pour (it) out”.
Translation after CHD L-N 207 (s.v. mašiwa-).
Presumably, with the implied meaning: “to determine if something is/was wrong”.
Lit. “awe/fear holds all the countries”.
Considering the direct correlation with TÚGNÍG.LÁMMEŠ, ‘splendid garment (esp. for festivals)’ ( Burgin J. 2022a, 517), this form might modify the preceding Sumerogram. For its interpretation, we might compare especially the Hitt. term warḫueššar ‘shag-cloth(?)’ ( Burgin J. 2022a, 363, 466), indicating a fine kind of garment, and possibly also Luw. warḫa-(ti) ‘to scrape off ( vel sim.)’ and warḫuwašša/i- ‘brush’ ( eDiAna; E. Rieken, D. Sasseville), and.
Or: “show (your) strenght” vel sim.; see Kloekhorst A. 2008a, 387 (‘to display forcefulness’). For the likely analysis as 2SG.IMP in this passage, see ibid. and previously Starke F. 1990a, 160.
i.e. the (Moon) god? For this passage, cf. KUB 34.77 obv.? 5´-6´: DINGIR.MAḪ A[NA MUNUS.LUGAL DUMU.MEŠ- ŠU] INA ZI-ŠU an-da-an QA-TAM-MA la-lu-uk-k[e-eš-nu-ud-du] “may the Mother goddess give light in the soul o [f the queen (and) her children ]”; see CHD L-N 30, s.v. lalukkešnu-.
The two forms in this line, uktūrin (ACC.SG.COM.) and tašnumar (NOM.-ACC.SG.N) require that the verb was expressed at the beginning of the sentence, in the break.
